Lemon Butter Baked Fish

Lemon Butter Baked FishBake tender white fish with garlic butter, fresh lemon and tangy salt. An easy, protein-rich dinner recipe.

Ingredients
1) ½ kg white fish fillets2) 4 tbsp butter3) 3 cloves garlic, minced4) 1 lemon (juice and thin slices)5) ½ tsp Himalayan Haat Lemon Chilli Seasoning Salt6) ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper7) ¼ tsp turmeric powder8) Salt, to taste9) Fresh coriander or parsley, finely chopped
Method
1) Preheat the oven to 200°C.2) Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, turmeric, and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Set aside to marinate for 15–20 minutes.3) Melt the butter in a small pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.4) Remove the pan from the heat and stir in Himalayan Haat Lemon Chilli Seasoning Salt, black pepper, and chopped coriander or parsley.5) Thinly slice the lemon and arrange the slices in the base of a baking dish. Reserve a few slices to place on top of the fish.6) Lay the fish fillets over the lemon slices and spoon or brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the fish. Top with the remaining lemon slices.7) Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.8) Garnish with freshly chopped coriander or parsley before serving.9) Serve hot with potato chips, roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
