That`s the beauty of small-batch homemade all-natural products! Just like fruit from different trees vary, each batch is distinct since we do not use any homogenising ingredients - added colour, flavours.

Often one lot of fruit might be sweeter, more tart or juicier than usual so we have to adjust our recipes accordingly. At least 3 people taste each batch before it`s finalised and bottled.

Moreover, we use organic khand - raw organic sugar. Some batches are darker than the rest and that can alter the colour of some products. This doesn`t impact the taste or freshness!

We use certified organic raw sugar or khand sourced from farmers in Uttarakhand. Unlike commercial recipes, we use a minimal amount of sugar. Our products are high on fruit and low on sugar. However, since our products are preservative- and pectin-free, sugar acts as a natural preservative.
