Lemon Ginger Mint QuencherA summer cooler made with Himalayan Haat Lemon Ginger Cooler, fresh mint, and zesty lemon.
Serves2-3
Ingredients
1) Himalayan Haat Lemon Ginger Cooler2) Fresh mint leaves, a handful3) ½ tbsp lemon zest4) Ice cubes5) Water
Method
1) Mix 1 part Himalayan Haat Lemon Ginger Cooler with 3 parts water in a pitcher.2) Stir well to combine.3) Add freshly grated lemon zest and muddled mint leaves.4) Cover and refrigerate for a few hours to allow the flavours to infuse.5) Strain the drink and pour over ice.6) Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and serve chilled.
