Sweet Chilli Crispy MakhanasA crunchy, spicy and flavourful snack made with makhanas and our signature Fiery Sweet Chilli Sauce.

Ingredients
1) 50g makhana (foxnuts)2) 1 tbsp Himalayan Haat Fiery Sweet Chilli Sauce3) 1 tbsp ghee4) ½ tsp ground black pepper5) Salt, to taste
Method
1) Dry roast the makhanas in a pan until they become crisp and crunchy. Set aside.2) Heat ghee in the same pan and lower the flame. Add Himalayan Haat Fiery Sweet Chilli Sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.3) Turn off the heat and add the roasted makhanas. Toss until evenly coated with the sweet chilli mixture.4) Allow the makhanas to cool to room temperature before serving.5) Enjoy these crunchy sweet chilli makhanas with your favourite cup of chai!
