Spicy Chicken Tortilla Wraps

Spicy Chicken Tortilla WrapsMake delicious spicy chicken tortilla wraps with leftover chicken, melted cheese and fresh greens.
Serves3-5
Ingredients
1) 1 cup shredded or diced cooked chicken2) 2 tsp Himalayan Haat Fiery Sweet Chilli Sauce3) Himalayan Haat Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce4) Cheese, diced or grated5) 2 tbsp onion greens/spring onion, chopped6) Lettuce or rocket leaves7) 5 tortillas
Method
1) Heat a little oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.2) Add cooked chicken, chopped spring onion, and Himalayan Haat Fiery Sweet Chilli Sauce. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until the chicken is warmed through and coated in the sauce.3) Wipe the skillet clean and heat again. Place a tortilla in the pan.4) Spread around 2 tbsp Himalayan Haat Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce over the tortilla. Add cheese, spicy chicken filling, lettuce or rocket leaves, and a little more cheese.5) Roll the tortilla into a wrap and cook for about 1 minute until the cheese begins to melt.6) Flip and cook the other side for another 30 seconds until the tortilla is lightly toasted and golden.7) Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling. Cut into halves and serve warm.8) Make it vegan: Replace chicken with sautéed mushrooms, tofu, tempeh, or plant-based chicken. Use vegan cheese for a fully plant-based version.
