Whole Wheat Rosemary Crackers

Whole Wheat Rosemary CrackersCrispy, wholesome, and packed with flavourful rosemary, these whole-wheat crackers make a great snack.
Serves3-4
Ingredients
1) 1 cup wholewheat flour2) ½ tsp baking powder3) 2 tsp Dried Rosemary4) 2 tsp olive oil5) 1/4 cup water6) 1/2 tsp salt + coarse salt to sprinkle
Method
1) Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C.2) In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, baking powder, salt, and Himalayan Haat Dried Rosemary.3) Add olive oil and water, then mix until the dough comes together. Knead gently until smooth. If the dough feels sticky, add a little flour. If it feels too dry or crumbly, add a few drops of water.4) Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface as thin and evenly as possible for crisp crackers.5) Sprinkle coarse salt on top and gently roll it into the dough.6) Using a pizza cutter or knife, cut the dough into individual crackers and transfer them to the baking tray.7) Bake for around 12 minutes or until golden and crispy.8) Allow them to cool slightly before serving with dip of choice.
