Ingredients
1) 3 cups cooked rice.2) 250 g paneer or tofu, cubed.3) 2 tbsp sesame or olive oil.4) 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste.5) 1 onion, sliced.6) Sesame seeds (for garnish).7) Salad or vegetables of your choice.8) 2 tbsp soy sauce.9) 2 tbsp lemon juice.10) 2 tbsp Himalayan Haat Fiery Sweet Chilli Sauce.11) Salt and pepper to taste.
Method
1) In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, Fiery Sweet Chilli Sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Set aside..2) Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger-garlic paste and sliced onion. Sauté until the onions soften..3) Add 2 tbsp of the prepared sauce and stir well..4) Add paneer or tofu cubes along with 2 tbsp of the remaining sauce..5) Cook until most of the liquid is absorbed and the paneer/tofu is well coated. Taste and adjust salt, pepper, or sauce if needed..6) To assemble, add 1 cup of cooked rice to each bowl. Top with sweet chilli paneer/tofu, add fresh vegetables on the side, and sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped coriander over the top. Serve warm and enjoy!.7) Tip: Make extra sauce and refrigerate — it works beautifully as a stir-fry sauce, dip, or drizzle for wraps and noodles..
