Ingredients
1) Yoghurt/curd - 1/3 cup.2) Honey - 1 tsp.3) Black salt - 1/2 tsp.4) Smoked paprika - 1/4 tsp (optional).5) Peppermint leaves - 4-5 (crushed).6) Little/foxtail/barnyard millet - 1 cup (boiled).7) Steamed sprouts - 1/2 cup.8) Tomato, Cucumber - 1 medium each (chopped).9) Iceberg Lettuce - 1/3 cup.10) Black olives - 1 tbsp.11) Roasted seeds - 1 tbsp.12) Roasted Garlic Chilli Seasoning Salt - 1 tsp.13) Lemon Chilli seasoning - 1 tsp.14) Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) - 2 tsp.
Method
1) Soak millets overnight and double the amount of water to boil them..2) In a small bowl, combine yogurt, honey, salt, seasonings, black salt, smoked paprika, peppermint, and apple cider vinegar, then mix well..3) In a large bowl, toss together millet, sprouts, tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, and olives..4) Pour the yoghurt dressing over the salad and mix thoroughly. For extra flavor, you can add green chutney..5) Just before serving, sprinkle roasted pumpkin and sunflower seeds over the salad and enjoy!.
