    * 1tsp Fiery Sweet Chilli Sauce
    * 1½ tsp lemon juice
    * 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
    * 3 tbsp olive oil
    * 1½ tsp freshly grated ginger
    Put everything in a jar, put the lid on and shake well. Store in the fridge for up to two weeks. Goes well with greens, cucumber, bell peppers, feta, olives.

  3. Marinade

    When you’re hosting a lunch or a dinner party, do give this easy-peasy marinade recipe a try with just a handful of ingredients.
    * 2 tbsp Fiery Sweet Chilli Sauce
    * 1½ tablespoons soy sauce
    * 2 tbsp water

    * ⅓ cup mayonnaise
