Minty Ginger Lemonade

Here’s a minty masala twist to our Lemon Ginger Cooler – perfect for a summer afternoon.



INGREDIENTS

  • Lemon Ginger Cooler by Himalayan Haat
  • 4-5 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  • A pinch of Pepper
  • Rock Salt, to taste
  • 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • Chilled Water + Ice Cubes
  • Lemon Slice for garnish

METHOD

  • Pour 1 part Lemon Ginger Cooler into a tall glass
  • Crush and add the mint leaves.
  • Add cumin powder, pepper and rock salt.
  • Mix well.
  • Fill the glass with chilled water.
  • Squeeze in some fresh lemon for some added zing.
  • Top with ice cubes and garnish with a lemon slice.
  • Enjoy on a warm day!
