Minty Ginger Lemonade
Here’s a minty masala twist to our Lemon Ginger Cooler – perfect for a summer afternoon.
INGREDIENTS
- Lemon Ginger Cooler by Himalayan Haat
- 4-5 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 1/4 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- A pinch of Pepper
- Rock Salt, to taste
- 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
- Chilled Water + Ice Cubes
- Lemon Slice for garnish
METHOD
- Pour 1 part Lemon Ginger Cooler into a tall glass
- Crush and add the mint leaves.
- Add cumin powder, pepper and rock salt.
- Mix well.
- Fill the glass with chilled water.
- Squeeze in some fresh lemon for some added zing.
- Top with ice cubes and garnish with a lemon slice.
- Enjoy on a warm day!
