Roasted Garlic Chilli Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 3 medium potatoes, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp Himalayan Haat’s Garlic Roasted-Chilli Salt

Method

Preheat the oven to 250 °C.

Place sliced potatoes in a roasting pan.

Toss with oil, black pepper & Himalayan Haat’s Garlic Roasted-Chilli Salt until evenly coated.

Bake in the oven for 20 to 30 mins or till potatoes are soft.

Serve hot!
