Lemon-Ginger Mint Quencher
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients
- 2-3 tbsp Himalayan Haat’s Lemon Ginger Cooler
- 2-3 mint leaves
- ½ tbsp lemon zest
- Ice cubes
- Mint sprig
Method
- Pour 2-3 tbsp Lemon Ginger Cooler in a glass.
- Stir in enough water.
- Throw in some freshly grated lemon zest.
- Muddle 2-3 mint leaves and add into the mix.
- Cover and chill in the fridge for a few hours.
- Strain and pour over ice.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and serve.
