Lemon-Ginger Mint Quencher

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 2-3 tbsp Himalayan Haat’s Lemon Ginger Cooler
  • 2-3 mint leaves
  • ½ tbsp lemon zest
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint sprig

Method

  • Pour 2-3 tbsp Lemon Ginger Cooler in a glass.
  • Stir in enough water.
  • Throw in some freshly grated lemon zest.
  • Muddle 2-3 mint leaves and add into the mix.
  • Cover and chill in the fridge for a few hours.
  • Strain and pour over ice.
  • Garnish with a mint sprig and serve.
