Peppermint and Lemongrass Iced Refreshment

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp of Himalayan Haat Peppermint Lemongrass Infusion
- 1/2 tbsp grated ginger
- 2 glasses of water
- Honey/sugar as per taste
- Mint sprig or a slice of lemon
Method
- Put 2 glasses of water in a pan.
- Add 1 tbsp of our Peppermint Lemongrass Infusion.
- Throw in 1/2 tbsp of grated ginger and bring to boil.
- Turn off heat and leave covered for about 15-20 mins.
- Pour a mix through a sieve into a pitcher.
- Add sugar or honey to taste.
- Chill in the fridge for a couple of hours.
- Serve with ice and a slice of lemon or mint sprig and enjoy!
