Peppermint and Lemongrass Iced Refreshment

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp of Himalayan Haat Peppermint Lemongrass Infusion
  • 1/2 tbsp grated ginger
  • 2 glasses of water
  • Honey/sugar as per taste
  • Mint sprig or a slice of lemon

Method

  • Put 2 glasses of water in a pan.
  • Add 1 tbsp of our Peppermint Lemongrass Infusion.
  • Throw in 1/2 tbsp of grated ginger and bring to boil.
  • Turn off heat and leave covered for about 15-20 mins.
  • Pour a mix through a sieve into a pitcher.
  • Add sugar or honey to taste.
  • Chill in the fridge for a couple of hours.
  • Serve with ice and a slice of lemon or mint sprig and enjoy!
