Hot Apple Cider Vinegar Detox Drink


  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 4 cloves
  • 1½ cups of water
  • 2 tbsp raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar
  • 1 – 1½ tsp honey (to taste)
  • Lemon slice (optional)


  • Boil the cinnamon, cloves, and water together.
  • Turn off the heat and allow the mix to sit for a few mins.
  • Add the raw unfiltered ACV and honey in a glass.
  • Strain and pour the concoction.
  • Add a lemon slice or for garnish.
