Apple Cider Vinegar Immunity Boosting Shots

Building our immunity is the need of the hour (and on everybody’s mind!) Incorporating raw apple cider vinegar in your daily diet is an easy way to give your immunity a boost.

Serves 1


  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1/4 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 lemon, medium
  • 1 tsp unfiltered apple cider vinegar with mother
  • A small pinch turmeric
  • Tiny pinch black pepper


  • Put the grated ginger and ACV and in a glass.
  • Squeeze in the lemon juice.
  • Whisk the honey and warm water and add to the glass.
  • Add the turmeric powder and pepper. Mix well.
  • Taste and add more honey if desired
