Shipping, Delivery & Returns

At Himalayan Haat, we are committed to delivering your order with good quality sustainable packaging at the earliest possible. All orders are shipped directly from our farm in Uttarakhand. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. 

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping charges vary as per the order value and mode of payment. You’ll be able to see the shipping charges when you check out the cart.

Do you deliver to my city?

We deliver to all metros and cities across India. Please choose your pincode in the drop-down list during check-out to confirm your city. If you can’t find your pincode in the list, please contact us and we’ll let you know if delivery to your city is possible or not. 

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt. Most orders are delivered within 4 to 6 working days after dispatch. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

We do our best to ensure that our packaging protects the glass jars, but in rare cases damages do happen because of mishandling by couriers in transit. In case you find a damaged jar inside the package upon opening, please take a picture and get in touch with us on Instagram, Whatsapp or Email. We will ship you a replacement right away!

Can I change/cancel my order once it has been placed?

You can still modify/cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped already. Please email reply to the confirmation e-mail or email us your order ID at [email protected] to modify or cancel your order.

Orders once dispatched will NOT be cancellable.

Do you accept returns?

We have a NO RETURNS POLICY. All orders once placed are final.

In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 72 hours from receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements.

If you receive damaged goods, contact us for a replacement order after sending images/video of the damaged goods via email or phone. Please mention your order ID. 

What are the means of refund?

Any refunds will be initiated back to the source of payment you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
